Air-O Fitness is a no-nonsense gym that assists all levels of fitness and nutrition in reaching that next level. Workouts are 45 minutes long, combining proper stretching, weight training, and high intensity cardio. Weekly workout rotations consist of Lower Body, Upper Body and Core-Cardio Day.
