The winter Loss and Boss challenge starts Monday, January 15th and ends April 9th, going for 12 weeks.
The Loss Challenge is for those wanting to get in shape, lose weight and get nutrition under control. As a challenger you’ll focus on weight loss and decreasing body fat by working out in trainer led group workouts. The workouts rotate between upper body, lower body and core/cardio in an energizing and supportive community.
The Boss Challenge is for those who may already be at their body weight goal and want to gain strength and power. Boss challengers focus on decreasing body fat, gaining muscle, while doing weekly lifting routines.
In addition to attending group classes, you’ll meet with the trainers for nutritional counseling throughout the challenge; setting macronutrient and calorie goals, getting recipe ideas, and utilizing the nutritional tools that will be provided in the challenge.
